Led over 85 community partners to develop, procure, and distribute 20,000 educational activity boxes throughout Southern Vermont for youth and their families. Developed a Entrepreneur Career Lab to create and scale start-ups for low-income, rural youth. Lab generated three successful youth-led businesses; Photography, Furniture Rehabilitation, and Social Media Influencer, with a combined revenue of $68,000/yr.

To strengthen access to and participation in high-quality afterschool programs for low-income youth, we designed a tool for legislators, advocates, providers, and families to understand where sites are located, where state and federal funding is being directed, and funding systems for youth to gain access. 

Created a self-funded Leadership Training Center to enhance leadership skills and personal wellness for community leaders throughout VT and NH. Developed a comprehensive curriculum, including ongoing mentorship and coaching, that served 48 individuals throughout three years.  The training center enhanced the leadership skills of participants by over 32%. 

Co-created and led the implementation of the Vermont Youth Project across Southern Vermont.  In collaboration with Iceland & Finland Researchers, Vermont State College, and Reykjavik University, led a 100+ member coalition to reduce youth's long-term, high-risk behaviors.  More Info.
