Mobilizing 85 community partners, we created and distributed 20,000 educational activity boxes throughout Southern Vermont. This wasn't just about activities - it was about connection. In rural communities, opportunity often feels limited. Our Entrepreneur Career Lab changed that narrative, helping low-income youth launch three successful businesses - from photography to furniture rehabilitation to social media influence - generating $68,000 in annual revenue. More than business creation, this project showed young people their potential for innovation and leadership.

Developed geospatial mapping tool connecting low-income youth with afterschool programs, revolutionizing access and resource allocation.

Created a self-funded Leadership Training Center to enhance leadership skills and personal wellness for community leaders throughout VT and NH. Developed a comprehensive curriculum, including ongoing mentorship and coaching, that served 48 individuals throughout three years.  The training center enhanced the leadership skills of participants by over 32%. 

Co-created and led the implementation of the Vermont Youth Project across Southern Vermont.  In collaboration with Iceland & Finland Researchers, Vermont State College, and Reykjavik University, led a 100+ member coalition to reduce youth's long-term, high-risk behaviors.  More Info.
